Shipping Policy
motvor supplies automotive parts and accessories for BYD vehicles through motvor.com. Orders may ship from global fulfilment locations.
Shipping rates
- Orders of US$49 or more: FREE standard shipping.
- Orders below US$49: US$7.99 standard shipping per order.
The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. All amounts above are in US dollars.
Order processing
Please allow 1–7 working days for processing. Delivery estimates begin when the order is dispatched, rather than when it is placed. Actual transit times may vary because of customs clearance, carrier delays or an incomplete delivery address.
Shipping options
Available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Any optional express shipping charge will be displayed before payment. A street address in English and a contact phone number may be required; P.O. Boxes may not be supported.

Contact service@motvor.com as soon as possible with your order number. Changes are subject to fulfilment status and may affect shipping charges or discount eligibility. Any adjustment will be confirmed with you before it is processed.
